Monthly management
Three plans, one checklist, and a photo report the same day: every visit on the record.
Dock Watch $149/mo · Clean & Watch $349/mo · Full Management $749/mo
How a visit works
I board on a schedule; you do not need to be there. The route is the same every time, bow to stern, deck before cabin, so a busy day cannot skip a step. Dock lines and chafe gear at the bow first, then fenders and hull along the finger, hatches and canvas, the cockpit, and below: bilge, batteries, shore power, engine bay, out at the stern lines. Boring on purpose. The photo report lands the same day, never fewer than twelve photos. Four frames appear in every report no matter what: the bilge, the battery bank, the shore-power connection, and the waterline. Anything urgent does not wait for the report: a bilge pump cycling at 9 pm is a text at 9:05, not a line item next week.
What each plan covers
Each plan contains the one before it. Dock Watch is the baseline: I check the boat twice a month so small problems stay small. Clean & Watch keeps her clean above and below the waterline, where Hawaiʻi is hardest on a hull. Full Management means I also run the boat and carry the owner's list. Plans are month to month and bill on the 1st. Cancel anytime. Plan prices cover boats to 45 ft. 46–65 ft adds 25 percent. Over 65 ft is quoted.

An anode check comes with every dive: the diver grades the zincs — the sacrificial metal that corrodes so your shaft and prop do not — and the report tells you when they are past half.
What I check
- bow cleats, dock lines, chafe gear
- fenders: height and wear against the finger
- deck hardware, stanchions, lifelines
- hatches and ports: shut, sealed, dry inside
- covers and canvas: straps, zippers, chafe
- running rigging at deck level
- cockpit drains and scuppers
- bilge: water level, pump, float switch
- batteries: voltage, terminals, charger
- shore power: cord, connector heat, breaker
- seacocks and the hoses on them
- engine bay: belts, leaks, the smell test
- stern lines and swim step
- waterline: growth and scum line
The skipper add-on
When the boat needs to move and you cannot be there, I run her: deliveries between harbors, yard runs, or a day on the water with your family while I handle the helm. $275 half day, $525 full day.
One-time jobs take a 50% deposit. Prices exclude Hawaii GET.
