What managing a job means
I inspect, photograph, and write the scope. The estimate you approve has the yard, the parts and my hours on it: one number, not three phone calls to reconcile. Then I schedule the haulout, stand the boat up, and check the work before she goes back in the water. Electrical runs through a licensed partner; I coordinate, they sign off.
One-time jobs take a 50% deposit. Prices exclude Hawaii GET.
